Project SOAR Soars to 100

Children Mending Hearts is proud to celebrate a major milestone—Project SOAR at the Jordan Downs Center has now reached 100 youth participants! This initiative through the Southern California College Attainment Network provides free, personalized college and career advising to public housing residents, supporting them in academic planning, college applications, financial aid completion, and scholarship assistance. By eliminating barriers to access, SOAR empowers individuals to pursue postsecondary education and vocational training, opening doors to brighter futures.
